I asked the previous question several days ago and still no answer from Microsoft.  I need my email back!!!

It appears that many people are losing significant numbers of important emails from active accounts but I have been unable to detect any sign of a helpful response from Microsoft. If anybody found a helpful Microsoft response would you please direct me to it. Note I am not looking for advice on how to recover emails that I have deleted.
every time I sing into hot mail I get a pop up page which states "password no longer enough"  it asks for additional info that I know does not come from Microsoft as they would not ask for this into....problem is can't bypass page unless click save (I don't enter any of the requires page info though) but this is very frustrating .  All so my contacts screen changed right around same time so was this Microsoft or am I HACKED!!!  Did all the normal things delt cookies, history, ect, deep scan, ccleaner what else can I do??????????
I recently purchased a MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion installed.  I added Office for Mac: 2011, Home & Business.  OS and Office fully updated.

I have an IMAP e-mail account.  Outlook is not connected to an exchange server.

There are messages not showing up in Outlook that are showing in my inbox on the server.

Troubleshooting steps:
Used Microsoft Database Utility to rebuild my Identity.
Used Microsoft Database Utility to create a new identity.
Deleted ALL Identities and rebuilt a new one.
Configured Mail to connect to same server without issue and no missing messages.
Removed all filters.

Additional information:
Status bar indicates "All folders are up to date."
Status bar indicates "Connected to mydomain"
Enabled Schedule "Send & Receive All" and added action to Receive Mail.
When I do a "Send & Receive All" from schedules, Outlook indicates downloading 6 messages, but the server has 10 messages in the user's inbox.  She has 4 messages in Outlook.  That does total 10.

I want to download the offline installer for Windows Live Essentials 2012. The instructions at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-MY/windows-live/essentials-install-offline-faq do not work. The links given only link to online installer. Not only for Windows 7. The provided installer link to Windows Vista also link to online installer. What I want is strictly offline installer.

I want the links from Microsoft's website or live.com site, not external site.

Microsoft staffs who viewed this question please update your site so that it has a correct link to the offline installer.
Dear Valued Customer,

Due to congestion in all Windows Live Mail user accounts, there shall be a removal exercise of all used and unused Hotmail/Msn Accounts. Windows Live would be shutting down several accounts as your email address needs to be added to the new Windows Live database. We programed to stop and delete unused email account, you may permanently stop receiving messages to this Email address if not verified.

You will have to confirm your Hotmail/MSN account. So you are required to logon to your Online Account with the provided link below

I have received what looks like a legitimate "Microsoft account security code" email through the proper channels to my Hotmail account. I have no Hotmail accounts linked to my Hotmail, and my account sends verification codes elsewhere.

Is this likely to be that someone has used my email address as their secondary e-mail address?
My iPhone contacts currently sync with my company's Microsoft exchange server (Outlook).  So when I enter a contact on my company notebook computer (in Outlook) it shows up shortly thereafter on my iPhone.  I have a personal MacBook Air that I'd like to have the same contacts on.  I've tried syncing (by USB thru iTunes) my MacBook Air to my iPhone, but it won't push the contacts to the MacBook Air.  Is there a way to do this?  I've tried fiddling with some set-up options and did click on the Sync contacts button, but it won't do so.
