Someone else had the same problem I am having with Hotmail.

I see two posts and one response but the response did not resolve the issue.

I can see my inbox and all the categories in text aligned left, but I cannot access either the Junk file to block a sender, or the inbox to read my email or the sent file area. I also cannot delete or move anything.

I followed the link in the response and set my security level to https and now I feel much better that Hotmail ignores me in a more secure manner.

Any suggestions?

Cannot verify account – Someone might be using your account

When I try to access my hotmail account on my android, I get a message that my username and/or password are incorrect. I am 100% sure that I was using the correct password. Then I tried to access my hotmail account on my laptop, and I got the message that "Someone might be using your account", and I could not login or change my password. Now my account has been blocked.

I had to create a new email address just to post this question since it appears there are no other avenues for assistance. I've had my account for about 10 years, so the alternative address for my account is an email address that no longer exists. I completed the account verification survey twice and received an email at another email address stating that I did not provide sufficient information to prove ownership. When I tried to complete the survey for the third time, I recieved a message stating that I had to wait 24 hours before I could submit the survey again. I have the subject titles of recent emails, I have some email addresses of people I have recently emailed, and I have the answer to my security question.

Is there a way for someone to unblock my hotmail account and help me regain access?

Is there a way in hotmail that I can add my name as a "signature" so everytime I send a new email to someone my name shows up at the end of the email

Hello,

I have several Hotmail / msn accounts. One account has 2 aliases linked to it already. I'd like to move the other single Hotmail account to my MSN email account as an alias instead, this way I have all 4 email addresses in one place, under one login. Can someone please help me here. I don't want to delete the Hotmail account unless I'm sure it can be converted to an alias on the MSN account first.

I've been getting Yahoo mail meant for someone else using Yahoo Mail. Someone named Patrick is trying to recover their Yahoo account password and needs to reset it.

I don't know why I'm getting these emails and how to stop them.

My account has been hacked.

Can someone please walk me through how to save a windows based excel file correctly so each field will show up in my new outlook 2011 for Mac? So far, I have done imports saving my excel file as a csv but am missing fields once the import is complete, there has to be an answer here I hope.

I am about to transfer my outlook file to a new mac. My archive file (archive.pst) is very large about 11 or 12 GB. I would like to transfer the active outlook.pst to outlook for the mac and to make separate smaller files for the archive files broken up by date. Does someone have suggestions on doing this?
