Windows Live incorrect password error

Here is the error:

Unable to send or receive messages for the piercecath account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

I am entering the correct password.  Can anyone please advise?

Password problem with Outlook 20111 for Mac

On my Outlook 2011 for Mac, when using my gmail account, it continues to ask me for my password after I have entered it. It is the correct password but it doesn't accept it. This is the message that I keep getting:

The server for account "Gmail" returned the error "[ALERT] Too many simultaneous connections. (Failure)." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?

I only have two email accounts so I don't know why it continues to bring up this message. Can anyone help?

Updated Password info now account constantly cancelling on send receive

After recently updating my password info (over the weekend) I have come to use my Live Mail that I have installed on my laptop as I have multiple Hotmail accounts and this is the easiest way of checking all accounts in one place. All my other accounts are fine and working correctly.

When I open Live Mail it searches through for mail for the various accounts but then a dialogue box comes up (Some errors occurred blah blah blah), in the tasks tab it states that the test was canceled. I have definitely put in the correct password, its the same one I used to open this community page so its good...

Any help gladly received

I am not at home for the next two weeks, and used an incorrect password to access my Hotmail account.  I called home and got the correct password but can't access account because it says I used incorrect password too many times.

 

I need to get into that account as it involves the transfer of money that my bank has sent another password to my Hotmail account. 

 

What can I do?  I had to create a new Hotmail account just to post here.   Please help.  Thank you.

it takes two attempts to log in, despite entering the correct password on the first attempt itself. after the first attempt it shows me the error of an incorrect password despite it being correct. This has been happening since over 2 months. 

I have been locked out of my e-mail accounts for about a month help !!!!

I try to log in to log into my accounts with my correct password but just kept getting incorrect password, when trying to reset can't get into any of my accounts to recieve e-mails and have tried the text option also to no avail.

Custom domain inbox activation

I cannot access the email account for a custom domain. Everytime I go to mail.live.com and enter the [xxx]@[customdomain].co.uk and the correct password into the Outlook.com Sign In page, I am directed to a page with the text below

However I enter the information on this page, the site just loops me round and will not allow me to activate the email address.
 
The Custom Domain Admin page shows that the custom domain is active and that mail status is "enabled" but that the Inbox is "inactive".
