Hello,

Good Day,

I want to enable the password reset option for my custom domains in domain.live.com

My email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Thank you for your time

Regards

Nawfil

I've been trying to recover my hotmail address for close to a week now. Trying to go through the password reset option that sends a code to a phone number results in me never receiving a text, despite knowing for a fact that my correct phone number is on file. Using the alternate option and providing a ton of information to verify that the address is mine results in me receiving an email with a password reset link that has "already expired or been used before." So I have finally created a new outlook identity just to be able to communicate with any sort of support in order to recover my ancient hotmail address - what needs to be done to receive a password reset email that HASN'T expired before I can even use it?!

I was been informed to follow the below procedure, but there wasn't any option to proceed to # 3.

"Email me a reset link"

1. Access your account at https://account.live.com/password/reset
2. Enter your Microsoft account and the characters you see in the picture.
3. Click on "Email me a reset link"
4. A password reset link will be sent to your registered alternate emails.
5. Access the links immediately and reset the password.

Please advise. Thank you.

Hi I have recently been unable to access my skype account and trying to get support from the official skype website is just impossible. I have tried using the password reset token and I keep getting the same reply that states that my password/username is not recognised. This is the second time that this has happened in recent months, on the first occasion I became so frustrated with trying to get help via skype that I gave up and created a new account.
I would like to know if it is possible for your skype account to be hacked and if so what can we do to prevent that from happening? (I know that I am entering the correct username and password).

I would also like to know if there is anyway of retrieving my old accounts? The official help for skype website is permenantly down (oops looks like our site is currently having probs etc) and has been like that for months.

I have phoned the microsoft helpline who were less than helpful so anyone that can give me advice I would be very grateful,

cheers,

Kev
