I know this is a are "duh" question but I'm wondering what a red exclamation point means next to an email?  It's by both one that came in and mine that was a reply.

When I click send/receive emails error message comes up ( 5.7.1 q9QGnNaT028273 This message does not comply with the required standards). I am receiving emails and people are receiving my emails - so what does this mean and how can I stop the message from popping up each time I click send/receive?

I cannot forward an e-mail with more than 5 attachments. I need this problem fixed.

I keep getting the error message that I cannot send more than 5 attachments and that I should remove some of the files.  What does this mean and how do I get it fixed?  It is very irratating.

I have deleted about 115 emails three months ago, when I tried to recover them none of them was recovered, is it possible to get them back or does this mean I lost them forever ? :(
