When I scroll down my emails in Hotmail, I can read the message in a side box without physically opening the message...and of course can delete an unwanted message without opening it.  Since I can see the message, does that mean I have 'opened' the email and subjected my account to viruses, malware, etc.

Recently, everytime I click on 'Inbox' at messenger live, it links me to microsoft word and it wants me to sign in.

How can I fix this problem?

I have erased and reinstalled messenger live but it still acts the same.

I get a regular email from my son's school every week. When I try to open it in Live Mail, I get a message that the email has caused Live Mail to shut down. It does not give me any reason why. I have my email account with AT&T. I can open this email fine through AT&T.
I have to click on emails twice to view & after they have been opened, I am unable to view them again as they open & quickly close. ???
Is there a way to set up Outlook for Mac, 2011, so that upon deleting one email it opens the NEXT email received, rather than the previous email? Currently it keeps opening only the previously received email. Which doesn't make sense.
