I can sign in to my outlook.com account on Firefox but not with Chromium on the same computer. I was able to sign in last week.

I can sign in to my other outlook.com account on Firefox and with Chromium on the same computer.

To be complete, I have gone through all the diagnosis steps - cleared cache and cookies, reset password all to no avail.

I would like to know whether there is an action that I can take or whether there is a problem at outlook.com end.

My browser isn't remembering the email or password for the login page at live.com, either for outlook.com email or the login for MS Answers. The password manager for Firefox is working on other sites (it asks me if I want it to save new passwords, and it inserts the password for sites already saved). I do have the same problem, whether in Firefox or Internet Explorer. Cookie management doesn’t seem to matter. This problem exists regardless of whether I clear out cookies, or have them saved.

Using Firefox 25.0, my contacts list has disappeared again. This is what it tells me when I access "People":

Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page.
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.

Of course clicking the "report it to Microsoft" does nothing to help me.  I know, "duh, it's MICROSOFT, did you really expect help?"

People list works fine in Internet Explorer 9.0 but the option to add pictures in-line when I am composing an email is not offered.  It is an available choice in Firefox.

Running Windows Vista.

When I use Firefox instead of IE, there is no highlight option when writing e-mails.  That option IS there when going through IE.  However, I stopped using IE when sending attachments because it kept crashing, and I've never seen a simple answer to this in the Microsoft community.  IE didn't do this previously until they upgraded Outlook.
Windows XP. "upgraded" (joke) from Hotmail to outlook.com via Firefox. Friends are rightly complaining that every attachment I send, be it just a single photo, is attached "Zipped"and is very annoying as they cannot open them.

When I try to send/receive emails using Firefox on desktop. The Dialogue Box just keeps running.  Using Windows 8 loaded with files from Win 7 Last week. No problem on my laptop.
I use Windows 7; Firefox and Hotmail. Over the last few days I have had the same 5 or 6 e-mails popping up regularly ( every 10 minutes or so) in my sent box. I have deleted the originals ( they were quite old) and all of the rogues, but they keep returning. The only new thing is I have a new phone, a Galaxy III. I can receive and send e-mails no problem but my sent box is full of theses repeats. As far as I know they are not actually being received by anyone as noone has complained to me. I do not use any other operating system for e-mail; I sign in using my hotmail details.
