Please Please help!! Hi, I set up a hotmail account for my new born son 3 years ago and we have been posting letters and pics tp him every so often. I have just gone in and all the emails are gone and there is an email from hotmail saying welcome to hotmail
and how to set up etc. How do i get all the emails back or who do i contact? please help.
I get normal emails from my son without any problem. He tried to send me photos in about four emails but I never got them. He had to send them to my daughter who then forwarded them to me. What has gone wrong?

This problem started a few days ago when my Hotmail screen kept changing to Outlook. I kept clicking the Option button to change it back to Hotmail. Now, it has changed permanently to Outlook from Hotmail. However, when I log onto my account, the Outlook
screen becomes blank after about 5 seconds. What is perplexing is that this happens only on this computer, and NOT when I log onto Outlook on my laptop. Also, when my son logged onto his Outlook account on this computer, it works okay. In other words,
this is happening ONLY with my Outlook account.
My son is epileptic and has been bullied by a teacher at school. I emailed a formal complaint letter which the school have told me they never received. It was in my sent folder, it did not bounce back, I did not receive any failure notifications. I
am sure the school have deleted the emails as they did not want to deal with the issue in writing. I need to prove that the email was received by their server. Please can someone help me.
My son had created an account with some game system a while back with my MSN account. He wanted to use it today so asked for my password. After doing something he announces that I no longer have my MSN account, rather, I have a LIVE account! I do not

my son died april 8, 2012 now someone is sending me messages from his account his name was Ronnie Sherman his account was freezeman_31 @ hotmail. com. I dont know what his password was but I was told his facebook account was deactivated but I have been
getting messages from Messenger, please please help me this hurts tooo much to see his name pop up and some one swearing and saying vulgar things to me.

Received a short video sent from son of granddaughter, opened it and then forwarded to many friends ....all received this OK .Forgot to 'save' video and now cannot recover emails containing video from my 'sent' page to enable me to 'save' Please can
