I attempted to send a email to the incorrect email address one time so I received a "delivery status notification (failure)". Now that i sent that email one time, I am receiving Delivery Status Notification (Failure) emails every 30 minutes or so. It will not stop and i have tried deleting all the emails sent. I only sent it one time, but when i go into my sent box i see that it keeps trying to send the same incorrect email. Please help me stop this.
Hello I have been trying to send a group email with an attached Power Point Presentation. The email has sent to all but one of the recipients and I keep getting Delivery status notification (failure) emails when ever I try to send this person an email. It has only been happening in the last few hours as I sent and received emails from this person this morning. Please help.
Thank you.
Can someone help me with this very simple task which I successfully did in the past but it is now pathetically a failure, frustrating and ridiculous. I followed all the instructions of going to mail then setting, tapping accounts and .... nothing works. So here's what I was and still is trying to do: I wanted to create 2 additional email accounts. From the mail app, it didn't work. I then went to outlook account and was able to set up the additional email account/aliases. I thought I did until I tested it and in my inbox I got "delivery status notification (failure)". I removed the added account aliases and repeated the process of adding email accounts. Same thing - "delivery status ..failure". I'm sure you know what to do. Thank you.
Hello,

I am being faced by this problem more often now. Not to all, but to quite a few mail IDs, when I send an email,
it immediately bounces back with the following error message in the Delivery Failed Notification Mail:
Technical details of permanent failure:
The account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is disabled.

Can someone from Microsoft check if my account is in good standing? Or some problem after migration to Outlook from
Hotmail?

Please let me know.

Regards.

I now get errors regarding failure to send/recognize other e-mail accounts

We have had our hotmail account for about 11 years, and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. We use this account for our law firm. This morning I emailed some contacts from our contact list and shortly after I sent the email, I received an email stating my email failed to send. The message was from postmaster.mail.hotmail and the subject was delivery status notification (failure) Please help me fix this problem!

Original Title: "Outlook for mac 2011"

I have configured my emails and get a green light, presumably, indicating that my email accounts have been set up properly and are working. However, I am only able to receive emails and not send them. When Outlook first opens I get the following pop up message:

A failure occurred during certificates trust verifications. Please specify the trust settings for the certificates that need updating. If you continue, the information that you view and send will be encrypted, but will not be secure.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I need help recreating my two hotmail accounts back to my mobile smartphone.

I was directed to delete them from my phone by my phone carrier when i was having problems checking my email via phone...

and when directed to re-establish them, msn failure. I was told to talk directly to msn.

My wife's Win 7 machine is reporting an imminent HD failure and a warning to back up important files. She is primarily interested in saving her e-mail files, primarily incoming messages. How do I do this? I plan to replace her HD and install a new one, and then use the recovery discs for her machine. Bud how do I first save her e-mail to an external file?

Many thanks.
