HOW DO I REMOVE ADDRESS FROM WIN LIVE E-MAIL--WIN 7
Win 8 attaches her MS account and says that the age is an issue??
Hi,

I am now getting the following message (Unable to send or receive messages for the Live (name here)  account.

Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001) and don't know why.

I am downloading from my live account to my PC running win live account.

I assume that it was caused by some MS update. Please would you help me clear it.
I had to reinstall my Win Live Mail( had to reformat C: drive). I have my mail on another drive, so after reinstalling Essentials 12
I want to point Live Mail to my saved mail on the other drive. Seems like I have forgotten how I did it, Do'h or not seeing
it in the options, so can someone please help me?

The instructions say to click the "start" button and search "mail"

Win 8 has no start button.

Running Win8, Messenger shows me online but to everyone else, I appear offline.  How do I fix this?  I have another laptop in the household and verified I show offline to others when I'm indeed online....help!

Why is Win 7 and Win Live mail so faded and washed out looking?

Is this by design? I can hardly read the print.

I pulled the view pane from right to left to better see imbedded information -- when this was no help, I pulled it back.  The inbox content, which was previously displayed was now blank.  No other folders contents would display either.  The counter at the lower left continues to show correct content.

My wife's Win 7 machine is reporting an imminent HD failure and a warning to back up important files. She is primarily interested in saving her e-mail files, primarily incoming messages. How do I do this? I plan to replace her HD and install a new one, and then use the recovery discs for her machine. Bud how do I first save her e-mail to an external file?

Many thanks.
