For some time now I can not open any of my folders.

I need to go back into them on occation.

Is there any way I can move all my file to my portable hard drive.

I do not want to lose them, but now I can't even look through them...

Dear support team. I have only just realised of importance of certain emails. I can give a specific time and date of emails needed to be recovered. These weren't recently deleted but rather roughly a year ago..
If I were to give you a date, could you possibly recover all my emails from that date? I will sort the ones I really need and file them on a backup drive.

Please help :'(
