Hi - I have a number of IMAP accounts added to my Outlook identity.  Some of them are from past jobs, past groups, etc., so I can no longer authenticate to them.  I want to still have the mail in Outlook, though, as it is useful from time to time to refer back to it.

BUT - I just updated to v14.2.3 and all of a sudden Outlook tries to hit every single account I own every minute or so, which results in dialog boxes popping up asking me to authenticate to these accounts.

Please, someone - how do I turn this off?  This is infuriating.  OR if it can't be turned off - how can I roll the upgrade back?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.
Whenever I start Outlook on macbook it operates for about a minute the pops up a box say it needs to quit due to an error.
Hotmail often hangs for a minute.

I have cleared history, run optimising software and searched the web but no apparent solution.

I use Mozilla Firefox 64 bit browser and windows 7.  Is there a solution or does one need to use another messanging program?
When I open Outlook 2011 on my AirMac it no longer functions properly, it stays open for up to a minute and then closes and I have paid way to much for a program that no longer works. What do i do to fix it so it is useable?

I sent a request to add someone to messenger. How will I know if they accepted? The email address was showing the minute I sent the request.

I have two issues with Tasks:

  1. The Task List refreshes itself every minute or so and reverting to the first item in the list.
  2. Tasks marked as Complete can't be found using searches.
Mac version of Outlook 2011 sets time increments in Calendar to 30 min blocks.
I want to reset this so that the Calendar shows 15 minute blocks.
The method for doing this with Windows version does not work on Mac.
I continue to get a pop up from Microsoft Error Reporting saying that the SyncServicesAgent has encountered a problem. Happens just about every 5th minute and no matter whether Outlook is open or not. How do I stop this?
