can’t receive mail from amazon.

I could not receive amazon notice for item sold, but can receive notice for not shipping.  It has been four times, made me a perosn to be late for shipment.  i have contaced amazon several times, they said they did send out item sold notice.  not receiving was the hotmail's problem.  I do not know how to fix it.

Unrelated e-mails “consolidated” in Inbox

Recently e-mails that are unrelated to each other are being "combined" into one item in my Inbox.  It appears that Hotmail is looking at the subject line and "consolidating" the e-mails.  These e-mails had "no subject" but were sent by different people at completely different times and were never part of the same e-mail chain.  This is a terrible feature--can anything be done about it?

If I open a mail item, decide I’d like to close it to read later, how can I mark it “unread,” like I was able to do with Hotmail?

Follow up shortcuts not working

I'm using OS 10.8.2 and Outlook 2011.  The keyboard shortcuts for flagging an item for follow-up (Ctrl-1, Ctrl-2, etc.) do not work.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Dear All,
I purchased MS office 2011 for MAC. In the OUTLOOK navigation pane there is no OUTBOX item. How I can make it visible on Navigation pane of OUTLOOK.

Tasks refreshing constantly, completed tasks not searchable

I have two issues with Tasks:

  1. The Task List refreshes itself every minute or so and reverting to the first item in the list.  
  2. Tasks marked as Complete can't be found using searches.
