Since Thursday, December 14, I can't get incoming Hotmail emails. Message comes on screen saying "Cannot safely connect to server."

I have just got a pop-up saying I have signed in on another computer, I know I haven't done this. This is the 3rd time this has happened when I have been online and signed in to msn. Does this mean my account has been hacked?
