I want to block a company as they are sending me harrassing emails. However this company emails me through Amazon marketplace so I cannot see and do not know their Email address! Can anyone advise me on how to block them from Outlook/Hotmail?

I have my signature from a previous company. I am looking to delete it. When i try to do so, it says forbidden access/not permitted.

How can i now remove it, as i need it gone for next employment and i don't want to have to create a new account.

Do the company have control over this ? i couldn't imagine they do, its just details, also would it be that it was originally created on a laptop i no longer have access too ?

Hi,

I have some staff using hotmail as their contact email. When I send email to them, they say they did not received it.
I tried to do a  test, and indeed, hotmail did not received it. Checking from my server end, the email message was sent out.
However, the hotmail did not receive it. Please advice. My company email info is as follows:-

Email Domain: thatz.com
MX Record: mail.thatz.com

We are a company that sends emails to Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, MSN.com etc.

 

We are part of the SNDS program and the Microsoft Junk Mail Service program yet when our clients send to outlook their emails are being labeled as SPAM.  We are using SPF records as well and this is still happening.

 

Can someone tell me what we need to do to get off of this SmartScreen Filter list?  We have followed the MS guidelines and are still having difficulties.

How can you declare a user TRUSTWORTHY to avoid the "Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks." message?

 

I have added the Company to my Safe list, but still see the message,

 

I neither OWN the Company responsible, NOR do I have any say whatsoever over what they do, I cannot tell them to change anything,

so telling me to contact them and ask them to get some DNS setting changed by their ISP is pointless,

 

Getting the message "be careful" is extremely annoying, I want to be able to turn off the Warning for the sender.

 

as an aside, seeing these warning messages pointlessly means the user becomes accustomed to the warning being Pointless, and the user is far more likely to simply ignore the warning for all future senders. The warning thus becomes Counter Productive.

This person "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" keeps sending me emails even tho I unsubscribed the company he represents over a hundred times. I've blocked him and the company but still receive their emails. I have emailed him and told him to stop sending the emails to me. I would write him or the company but the address is jumbled with numbers were letters should be and letters were numbers should be. I feel he is harassing me and there's nothing else on Outlook to do to him and his company. Please stop him and this company.

I am using Outlook.com for my company emails. The problem I am facing is that when I send email from it goes to my clients like *** Email address is removed for privacy *** on behalf of Attiq Khan instead of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. This way my clients do not understand if email is coming from myside. Any solution to this issue?

Let's just agree that this is all a special kind of BULLSHIT! I logged into my accounts REGULARLY! The longest would have been 6 weeks!!!! This USELESS company STOLE our info by deleting it! These pitiful answers - NOT by legitimate management - we can't access them - an absolute disgrace, are beyond useless. They DON'T answer our grievances - they just make people more angry because they don't know what the **** they're talking about! Microsoft is a **** company who care NIL about their clients! They don't even respect them enough to answer their problems! They need to get a legislative slap in the face! You have no idea how much I lost because of this ****! NO **** idea! I'm SOOOOO angry!!!!
