I am the exchange administrator, and my COO just received a new MacBook Air - we have Outlook 2011 set up, but he is receiving a sync error on about 15 calendar entries.  I've tried deleting entries that are old and no longer apply, completely from his calendar but the errors still appear.  Need help troubleshooting and narrowing down where these things are coming from so I can get rid of that exclamation point in the bottom right corner of the window.

An error occured while updating the calendar event "Calendar Event"

Please delete this event and create a new event

Error code: -19126

=---=

I would be happy to delete the event to get rid of the sync error, but theres no way to tell which calendar event it is.  There are 6 calendar events called "Birthday" I don't know who's birthday it is or what birthday to delete! How can I track this problem down?

I'm running Mac Outlook 2011 (with all updates applied) on Mountain Lion, on a new MacBook Air. When replying to a text message, I type something like "I'm" and after hitting the spacebar, the word turns into "I'M" and the cursor goes somewhere out of the message. This happens elsewhere too in the text if I fix the aforementioned text. I did not have this problem before Mt Lion or with my previous 2nd generation MBA.

Anyone else seeing this problem? And if so, how did you resolve it?
I try to send e-mails from my IMAP account with one.com on my MacBook Air but I get this error message: -3259, and the messages are not sent.
Why?

I cannot delete them from my Outbox folder either!

I have Office for Mac 2011 and use Outlook 2011.

Thanks in advance!

I have a user running Outlook 2011 and Mountain Lion.  He was recently upgraded to a new MacBook Air from a MacBook Pro.  He'll be typing in Outlook or Word and the keyboard will randomly freeze up.  He doesn't notice it because he looks at his fingers when he types.  This apparently was happening on his MBP (Snow Leopard 10.6.8) as well.  It appears to only happen using Office 2008, specifically Word and Outlook.  I'm not sure what preference was carried over from the old machine that may be causing this.  Has anyone else had this issue?
I have recently purchased a Macbook Air with MS Office.  I mostly use Outlook on a desktop PC with Outlook with exchange server 2011.  I also access my emails with iPad and iPhone.

For some reason, on my Macbook Air, some reoccurring appointments appear twice or the appointment has been stretched over a couple of days?  This only seems to be on some and not others?

Has anyone seen this before?
My iPhone contacts currently sync with my company's Microsoft exchange server (Outlook).  So when I enter a contact on my company notebook computer (in Outlook) it shows up shortly thereafter on my iPhone.  I have a personal MacBook Air that I'd like to have the same contacts on.  I've tried syncing (by USB thru iTunes) my MacBook Air to my iPhone, but it won't push the contacts to the MacBook Air.  Is there a way to do this?  I've tried fiddling with some set-up options and did click on the Sync contacts button, but it won't do so.
Wondering if  Microsoft security essentials is perhaps not compatible with my macbook air.

It seems as if someone has gained access to my contacts and has sent them an ad from my account. I have a macbook air and I tried to download microsoft security essentials as provided free by hotmail but it did not download. i am a lost as to how to deal with this problem. Quite computer incompetant here. Any help woould be appreciated.
