when I select to view my emails with the text message under the email line , when I change to go to another file , and I come back to my inbox , the text message of my email are again masked !

why ? it should remain with the configuration text message under de email line ?

can you help me ??

Hi there, can anybody help me with this annoying problem. I send invoices from my documents in excel, when I send them I get a notification from the postmaster general saying that it failed to send. I look in my sent box and see it has been received, then I have to text message my client to see if they have received it. very frustrating. I probably think I'm doing something wrong here. Thanks

Hello, For some unknown reasons, when I login to my skydrive account, I see a message that there were some spamming activities from my account so the account is blocked. No matter is it true or not, I decided to unblock the account.

Now when I continue and enter my phone number, I don't receive any text message. Also in the available list of countries, seems it is incomplete (from Afghanistan to Myanmar only). There is no N-Z.

This is not the only problem. I decided to change my password via live.com account. To do that, I opened live.com and licked on "can not access my account". Then I selected my secondary email and it said a reset link has been sent to my live.com account.

I logged in to my secondary email and followed the reset link.

Although I have changed my password, still my account is blocked. Why?
Is it possible in my email settings to receive a text message alert when I receive an email from certain people in my contact list?
I have no cell phone so cannot receive text message, so how do I forward an email?

I am BEYOND frustrated!  Our email account is sending out messages with links in them every day.  We have changed passwords NUMEROUS times.  Nothing helps.  Right now, to log onto our account, we need to enter a security code.  So, with that said, I do not believe it could be a virus.  Although, the other day I was not trying to get online and I got a text message with a security code from Microsoft - creepy!

 

I am trying to convert over to gmail, because I am so frustrated.  However, that is going to take a couple of days.  In the meantime, our account is sending out emails multiple times a day.  This has been an ongoing issue on and off ever since we got our new computer with windows 8 on it.

 

ANY help is much appreciated!!!!!

I have another microsoft account (@outlook.com) that i can no longer login to after resetting my password. I previously had a windows phone and had two-step verification enabled (authentication via app and text message). I had not logged into my account on a desktop in several months and forgot my password. i reset my password, and was prompted to verify via text message code. i did, and then tried to log in with the new password. i was given the prompt to verify again, but now both the text and call options are not availabe because that was the method i used to reset the password. the only option i am able to try is to verify using the microsoft authenticator app. however, i do not have a windows phone now and therefore don't have access to the app and any access codes. i am effectively locked out of my own account for a month until the text or call for code options are available again. 
I have been requesting the code be sent to me for 3 days now and nothing has come to my cell phone.  It says I only have 3 days left to enter the security code, then what? I tried to go through the support steps, I click on the "having trouble receiving/sending security code" and all it does is direct me back to the page where they send me the code, UNSUCCESSFULLY!
I'm not able to send emails because I'm not getting the verification code on my mobile to verify my account. I'm overseas and the country where I 'm does not support sms messages. Support Dept. please verify account asap and send reply to my email address.
