Office products, except Outlook would launch then crash when I installed mac OS Snow Leopard. Outlook and all my client folders and subfolders were all present and not affected by upgrade, only the other MS office products.

I updated to Mac OS Lion and all MS office 2011 products were back to working correctly.

After updating to OS Lion, my Outlook 2011 client folders and subfolders are gone and seem to have gone back to 4 months ago before I had created all the folders. All my emails came back flooding in, but in random order.

I create billings from these subfolders. Is there any way to regain the subfolder that were intact 2 days ago?

Am I in a previous Outlook version?

Anyone ever seen this or have any ideas on where the folders might be in the documents/microsoft user data/office 2011 identities?

Can't seem to find it there.

Thanks!

Upgrading a friends' 2011 MacBook Pro 15″ from Snow Leopard to Mavericks broke the Outlook identity.

There seems to be a problem with rebuilding the Main identity using the Microsoft Database Utility. I already tried to manually copy the essential folders of the (old) main identity to a new identity using finder and rebuilt it, so far without success. Every try ends in error [-18000]

The main identity has a size of approximately 10GB

Anybody experienced the same problem?

I have a mac.. snow leopard. I sign into hotmail and get to my inbox, it flashes then I get a completely white screen. I went to a hotmail help site which I thought was free...looked official, and the guy told me that I had 27 errors and 2 warnings.. he then proceeded with the 10 minute sales pitch and finally the cost. I am an older person and just need some help as to the reason this is happening. I have an ipad and I can access my email on there. Can anyone help me??? It is very frustrating, and I think it has only been happening since hotmail was changed to outlook
Migrated form Macbook Pro with Snow Leopard to new Macbook Retina with Mountain Lion.
Used Time Machine backup to transfer all App's (Office for Mac 2011) and Data to new Macbook Retina. Success.
Auto-fill of email addresses used previously on Snow Leopard is no longer working on Mountain Lion.
Outlook email will not recall previous email addresses just sent to, nor will it auto-fill from existing contacts which I have confirmed are present Outlook Contacts list.

Hello,

I have a problem that´s getting out of hand here. First of all my outlook 2011 crashes quite often and every time recently after it crashes and i reopen, it downloads tons of old mail into my inbox again. This seems to not stop, and sometimes this again will create another crash. On top of this one of my email clients has stopped recieving new emails. I have two ones using the same client only different names, and the other ones works. My friend installed the same outlook at the same time and has no issues. He has snow leopard and i have Lion. Could this be the problem? if so how do i fix it? I have v. 14.0.0

Please help!

I am using Outlook Mac 2011 on a MacBookPro with Snow Leopard.  When my mail comes in it automatically gets put into my "on my mac" inbox and not the inbox tied to my exchange server.  Therefore, it won't sync properly with my Iphone.   How can I change this so that my email comes into my Exchange inbox and not my "on my computer" inbox
When trying to open a message , Outlook hangs and I saw a spinning ball...

I tried deleting message but nothing happens just Outlook hangs...

I created a new identity and it works fine for a while but I got the problem again...

What can I do?

Option 2.

Is there any way to "migrate" my folders and subfolders on "My mac" to Apple Mail?

Hi

Not sure where to go so I am hoping this forum can help.

I have a removable Hard Drive with a CARBON COPY of my MAC BOOK PRO running Snow Leopard. I no longer have the SNOW LEOPARD MAC BOOK PRO, Only the HARD DRIVE with CC.  I now have a new Mac Book Air with Lion and was planning to export the SNOW LEOPARD OUTLOOK 2011 emails to import into OUTLOOK 2011 on the LION MBA, but now realize I can not boot from the CC with SNOW LEOPARD using a LION MBA.

Can someone tell me how I can get the MAIL FOLDERS off the Snow Leopard HARD DRIVE and import into the LION MBA?

THanks

Art
