I know how to share from Outlook 2010 ... I just wanna help for sharing de Outlook 2011 Calendar with ....

I have a user with MS Outlook 2011 version 14.3.9 on OS X 10.8.4.  She is connected to an Exchange 2010 SP3 server.  She receives calendar invites from other employees and when she accepts them, they get added to her calendar.  But when she gets calendar item updates (meeting time changes, etc.) she gets the email saying "Your calendar has been updated automatically.  No response is necessary." - and her OWA calendar reflects the updated information, but her Outlook 2011 calendar never updates.

Outlook 2011 is not showing any sync errors with the server.  Has anyone else encountered this and is there a solution to this issue?

Hi,

I have been sending out invites to meetings through my Outlook Mac 2011 calendar.  While I do get email notifications when people reply or decline, I get nothing if they don't reply at all. More importantly, when the meeting comes (as far as a month later) I dont recall whether I got a response a months ago.  I don't necessarily want to search through every email from four weeks ago to remember if my meeting is on for today.

Is there a way that there can be some symbol or color change in my calendar when a meeting is accepted/declined or stay the same if not replied yet?

Thanks

I'm on Windows 7

I've used Live mail 2011 calendar for over a year without ever signing in the calendar has all my important events/birthdays etc.

Since creating an account and signing in these have now all vanished and I have a blank calendar.

How can I restore my calendar to its previous state?

(I have run regular monthly backups to an external drive - will the original be stored on it ? if so where and how do I restore it)

thanks

Hi Guys.

Recently my iPhone has been very temperamental when syncing calendar events. I've narrowed it down to my Outlook 2011 calendar not syncing with iCal, and therefore not transferring onto my phone.

I've tried a multitude of suggested fixes, such as clearing out iCal and retrying the sync. Also, I've tried turning off Sync Services, closing outlook, reopening it and enabling them, but that made no difference to iCal at all.

Outlook is up to date, and my iMac is running Snow Leopard. Please, can someone help me? It's driving me up the wall!

Many thanks in advance :)
I work from home and use my iMac as my desktop. My firm uses Outlook over an Exchange server since many of us are virtual. Whenever I have responded to and set permissions for calendar sharing with my colleagues, my Outlook freezes up frequently. Also, when I compose an email, I get my address in the sender slot along with those of my colleagues (though it is clear that I don't have permission to email from their accounts). Is there a patch for this to correct the bugs? Or do I have to forget about using calendar sharing on the Mac and get a PC?
(Most of the answers I am finding are old, so am asking the question again as I expect there have been changes since Office 2011 came out.) I want to sync my MS 2011 calendar, contacts and mail to my iPad and iPad from my iMac running Lion. Can someone direct me to the answer? Thank you so much. (Am migrating *back* to 2011 from Address Book, Mail & iCal -- just does not seem to work as well for me. One of the main reasons -- I use my contacts a lot and Address Book does not deal with categories very well. Very tedious process to add a contact and put them in categories and you cannot see what category some are in or if they were even added to a category.) Thanks again for the answer. (Would go through Google but *just yesterday* they discontinued calendar syncing -- if you already have it downloaded fine and they will continue to support, if not, tough. I missed it by one day!)
Currently with my Lumia 800 I'm using the calendar that came with the phone but if I need to install some new calendar that's no problem: as long as I would see the same calendar data that's on my Outlook calendar.
