When I wake up my MBP from sleep, Outlook will not atomically sync.  It used to.  Now I have to quite Outlook and then launch again.  Outlook 2011 is fully updated, as is my MBP (Running Mavericks).  Thought?  Used to work just fine.
It has occurred on 3 different MBP retinas, running OSX 10.8 and office version 14.2.3
I've just updated to 10.8.3 on my iMac and MBP 15 Retina, and Outlook stopped syncing for me.
When I delete account, and recreate it, it will sync with all e-mails until the moment of recreation, but after that it won't sync with new stuff.

I have the latest 14.3.4 update for Office.

Also, I've googled a bit, a maybe it's a problem because the mailbox has 38 000 items.

It works fine on Exchange web interface, iOS (iPad 2) and BB Z10 (uses ActiveSync)

Thanks in advance!

Hallo,

I installed OX 10.8 and spelling program for Estonian language (filosoft).

After 3 shutdown the language option will disappear in Outlook only. If MBP is in sleep option all spellings are working fine.

In text preference TEXT/spelling selection Estonian language is in place.

I tried to uninstall, restart and install speller again. Then it will work perfectly.

Can anybody suggest.

All the best.

I have a user running Outlook 2011 and Mountain Lion.  He was recently upgraded to a new MacBook Air from a MacBook Pro.  He'll be typing in Outlook or Word and the keyboard will randomly freeze up.  He doesn't notice it because he looks at his fingers when he types.  This apparently was happening on his MBP (Snow Leopard 10.6.8) as well.  It appears to only happen using Office 2008, specifically Word and Outlook.  I'm not sure what preference was carried over from the old machine that may be causing this.  Has anyone else had this issue?
Suggested contacts and or the Global address GAL is not working.  Anyone else having issues with the new Macbook Pro with Retina display like this?  When sending a new email I am not getting the cached or suggested email address of people when I start typing in the TO field.  i have compared an old MBP to the new one and the new one will not work.

Same account loaded on two different Macbooks with different results.
I recently moved to a MBP with Outlook 2011 and need assistance.  I used Outlook on Windows for years and had the ability to open an email message then simply create a new calendar entry from the message (copying the email into the calendar entry.)  I could also rearrange the navigation pane moving the Calendar to the top then simply drag and drop an email onto the calendar to create a new entry.  Am I overlooking how this works on the Mac version of Outlook 2011 or does the feature not exist?
