I cannot send email but can receive it in Windows Live Mail

My computer is Windows 7 64 bit

 

I keep getting a message that the wrong password has been entered with the Server error 0x800CCC90 and Windows Live Mail Error 0x800CCC92.

I have removed and reset the email address several times, changed the password several times but with the same message after each attempt.

I know that all the details of the set up are correct and I have successfully installed three email addresses in Windows Live Mail.                                         

 I have received emails successfully to each of these addresses but I am unable to send replies. The error message reads as follows;

 

Server Error  0x800CCC90

Server Response - Err Login failed

Server mail.plus.net

Windows Live Mail Error  0x800CCC92

Protocol POP3

Port 110

Secure(SSU) No

 

Can anyone sort this for me?

Exchange 2011 – Cannot Sync to Mial 5.2

i am having trouble getting the new 2011 exchange server to sync with Mail 5.2... I am getting error message : MFEWSErrorDomain error 56... please help!

Outlook receives messages but won’t send. Error message is "an operation timed out."

This is happening on both my MacBook Pro and my iMac.  I have been to the Apple store 3 times in the last three weeks to try to resolve.  I have called Comcast, the internet service provider.  They claim it is not them. My family uses PCs and are not having any problems.  Any suggestions?

Hotmail Error code.

I have been trying to get my hotmail. I keep getting the error message 800488fe, and it asks me for personal information like secure words and credit card information. Is this legitimate or someone phishing. How do I get my account back. I created a new account to get to this point. Thanks.

Windows Live Mail keeps generating an error message that 0 of 1 tasks completed for a gmail account

Regardless of what program I'm using, Every time my computer searches for new emails on my gmail account (every 15 minutes), I get an error message. "Some errors occurred while processing the requested tasks. Please review the list of errors below for more details". Yet there are no errors listed. I've spent about 7 hours with H/P and another five hours with Comcast (former email provider) and still have not resolved this issue.

Got this message this morning when Windows requested to do updates -- clicked links for help, but they led nowhere -- too old? Got an error message yesterday too fleeting to quite catch, that said I had multiple errors; the day before that, Java asked permission (on startup) to install updates, then disappeared. Clearly, I kinow nothing about any of this, but am trying to start a home-based business on the internet, so I need my computer! Grateful for any help offered!

Outlook receives but won’t send from a hotel

sometimes when i'm traveling, Outlook will receive but won't send. 
i am currently experiencing this and am receiving the error message "Outbound email delivery from 80.237.251.92 is currently blocked. 120930" 
i have a verizon email account and can send mail from web based version site.

Unable to send or receive Live mail

For the last few hours when I try to see if I have any mail in Windows Live Mail all I receive is the error message "server error 0x80072EFD".How do I regain access again?.
