MacOffice 2011 - Auto update keeps down loading 14.1.0 when later versions are already on the computer. Installation attempt brings message " Update cannot be installed on this disk. A version of Software required to install this update was not found on this volume". Is this preventing later updates from being down loaded?
I recently applied for a mystery shopper and found out the company is bogus and part of a scam in attempt to have me cash a fake check and mail them portion.  I declined and responded to the individual and told him I'm not interested and that I know the money order is fake. But ever since my email address is being used to solicit the same scam they used on me.  How can I stop this?

Reviewing the list of recent updates from Microsoft on my computor I determined initially that two had failed to install. One Windows Internet Xplore 9 results in an error code 9C48 and has failed to instal on two additional occasions. The original attempt to automatically update was on Nov 21nd, the day my e-mail went screwy.

Any thoughts please.

I will try to restoreback to Nov 29th.

Why is there constantly a problem logging-on to Hotmail?  I seem to hit the "we have a problem" most times that i attempt to log on.
I have a MacBook Air and am running Office 2011.  I moved the "Office 2011 Identities / Main Identity" files into my Google Drive folder, in an attempt to create a backup function for a large amount of Outlook folders I created to store old emails.  When I relaunched Outlook all the folders were gone. I copied the folders back to the place where I found them, but that has not helped.  What can I do to restore them on Outlook?

My computer is Windows 7 64 bit

I keep getting a message that the wrong password has been entered with the Server error 0x800CCC90 and Windows Live Mail Error 0x800CCC92.

I have removed and reset the email address several times, changed the password several times but with the same message after each attempt.

I know that all the details of the set up are correct and I have successfully installed three email addresses in Windows Live Mail.

 I have received emails successfully to each of these addresses but I am unable to send replies. The error message reads as follows;

Server Error  0x800CCC90

Server Response - Err Login failed

Server mail.plus.net

Windows Live Mail Error  0x800CCC92

Protocol POP3

Port 110

Secure(SSU) No

Can anyone sort this for me?

I keep getting notifications on my cell phone that my login attempt was unsuccessful. I'm not attempting to log in and neither is anyone else in my family. Is someone trying to hack me? This is happening every few minutes for the past 24 hours.
