Recently when I open Outlook, the box that reads "Setting up identity" indicates a name other than mine

When I click on "About Outlook" a different name, other than mine, is listed in the box under "This product is licensed to"

When I print an email message, the name of the same person (not mine) appears in the header

I am puzzled and don't know who this persons name got on all those.  The mystery person has never been to my house or touched my computer.

Is there a way I can delete the mysterious name and add mine?

Help!

I recently applied for a mystery shopper and found out the company is bogus and part of a scam in attempt to have me cash a fake check and mail them portion.  I declined and responded to the individual and told him I'm not interested and that I know the money order is fake. But ever since my email address is being used to solicit the same scam they used on me.  How can I stop this?

Hello,
I've noticed that some of my outgoing emails from Outlook 2011 are appearing in people's inboxes under a different name than mine. The email address matches, but the name of the 'sender' is wrong.  I found the 'mystery name' hidden in the preferences of another Office program (powerpoint I think), and changed it to my name.

Somehow this has not solved the problem and I am still getting reports of the 'mystery name' showing up instead of my own.

Has this been experienced by anyone else, and is there a fix?

thanks
Jason

When I went to forward an email and hit "send" to pick up contacts I wanted to send to I found quite a few emails addresses I have no idea who they are.  When I go to "contacts" I can not find these mystery emails only when I sending an email and pull down contacts in "send"  How do I eleminate these mystery emails?
Thank you
