I've been trying for years to find a way to synchronise my emails from Webmail and Outlook for Mac. The problem is I have lots of email addresses that I want to be able to see in the same place.

If you know how to do this, I'd be really grateful for your advice, but I've found it to be a bit more complicated than it seems at first.

Here's a full description of what I'm looking for:

Thanks for your help in advance

Steve
I just got a new Mac Brook Pro and have Outlook for Mac 2011. When I drag and drop an email into an archived folder, it makes a copy and leaves the original in my inbox. I then have to delete the email from my inbox and also from my deleted items folder. On my old computer when I would drag and drop an email into the archived folder, it would "move" it there instead of "copy" it there. Is there a setting or preference to make it "move" instead of "copy" when I drag and drop without using keyboard shortcuts?
Hi All.

When following the steps above to view a contact, the plus signs where you add additional emails or phone numbers are distorted. I'm using a MacBook Retina and am on v 14.2.4.

If anyone has any pointers on how to sort this out, it'd be much appreciated.

It's not a big deal, just being a bit OCD!

Thanks in advance.

Screengrab here.
I'm running Microsoft outlook 2011 for Mac on my MacBook air.
My OS X version is 10.8.2.
The phrase "new line" isn't functioning with in Outlook.
It works in every other application except Outlook.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Is there a way to set up Outlook for Mac, 2011, so that upon deleting one email it opens the NEXT email received, rather than the previous email? Currently it keeps opening only the previously received email. Which doesn't make sense.

Outlook office 2011,

Categorize colors of Contacts do not show in Mail window.

Works in Main Identity area but not in other user area.

On my Mac, I have the main identity (admin) and my own desktop.

My wife has another login with her own desktop (Standard).

When I open Outlook, I see the mail window in my area, my email is the color of the Contact that I set in the Contacts Categorize option.

This is what I expect.

However when I start Outlook in my wife's user area (standard), the mail is NOT the colors of the Contact that was set in the Contacts Categorize option.

For both areas under Outlook Preferences, Categories, the Assign categories to messages from categorized contacts is check marked.

So how do I get my wifes area mail window to show the contact colors in the mail window ?

Hello there,
I've recently upgraded to a macbook retina complete with Mountain Lion and I've successfully installed Office 2011 (which I had before on my old macbook).  I've got notes uploaded from the earlier version, I've got email working fine, Word and Excel seem OK, but I can't get anything to appear in calendar, neither historic stuff nor new entries that I add.  I'm able to activate the new event button but when I save and close, nothing appears.  I'm sure it'll be something dead obvious and simple, but I just can't work it out...........:(
I have been running Entourage 10.0.0 (which I think dates from 2001) on a Mac Powerbook G4 with Motorola PC processor running OS 10.5.8.
I am about to buy a new Mac Book Pro with Intel processor.
I understand Entourage will not run on the new Mac beacuse of different processor architecture and I will have to buy the latest (2011?) Microsoft Office for Mac - with Outlook for Mac as its e-mail programme instead of Entourage.  All online info I have found on transferring e-mails and contacts from Entourage to Outlook for Mac deals with later versions of Entourage (2004 and 2008).
Can I transfer from my older Entourage 10.0.0 to 2011 Outlook for Mac?  If so, how?
Grateful for advice!
Incidentally, I have been told that documents created in my old Word programme (2001 version) can be opened and changed by the 2011 Word for Mac programme (in spite of the processor change from motorola to intel). Is this correct?
Starting just this week my Office Reminders app is not working properly. Randomly throughout the day it pops up and bounces in my dock for about half a minute. Then a reminder (though I do not have one set for any of these times) quickly flashes, then the whole app shuts down again. Same thing happens if I try to open the app manually. I've deleted the com.microsoft.outlook.office_reminders.plist, but that did not fix it.

Any clues?
