One of my users has an occasional problem with sending Word documents via Outlook using File -> Share -> E-mail (as Attachment) - it usually works, but often doesn't.  When I looked at the problem this morning, it was also occurring with Excel, but I didn't try PowerPoint.  Outlook is definitely set as the default email application, and I switched it to Apple Mail and back to Outlook with no effect.   Because it's sporadic it doesn't seem to be a preference file problem, but I'll try that next.  Anyone have any other ideas?  Thanks!
Having moved to a Mac and using Office for mac 14.2.4 I am still looking for "homepage" in the folder properties. I want to embed a link to a URLto see our intranet. Could do so in Outlook or Windows via properties/homepage of this folder...
Any ideas bout embedding a link like http://answers.microsoft.com or an internal link like 192.168.1.101?
Thanks for your help,
Ulli

I've seen some related posts but none seem to directly address why this happening or how to fix. In my Outlook for Mac 2011, my 'message sources' folder is a whopping 65 gig. It's killing my MAC Air. My email inbox only has 30 messages in it. I have dragged emails to an offline folder but, even then, the file wouldn't be more than a gigabyte.

So, can anyone please advise how to reduce this folder size?

Many thanks

We have installed outlook for mac on two macs and get the same error message on both machines.
Maximum number of connections from user+IP exceeded (mail_max_userip_connections).
It is constantly requesting to enter password for the account.

Calendar, contacts, and mail are syncing with my exchange server, but tasks are not displaying in Outlook 2011 on my mac. If I add a new task to outlook on my mac, it displays on my iPhone and Windows machine, but not in Outlook on my mac.  Ideas?
