Some of my mail is tagged with [suspected spam] when it is not spam to me. What can I set to prevent email from a specific source to be allowed without spam tagging

I imported my Outlook 2007 pst file into WLM. I now have the following folders: Deleted Items, Junk E-Mail, Trash, and Spam. I don't need all these, so I would like to do two things. I would like to assign all Trash and Spam functions to the Junk E-Mail folder. Next I would like to delete both Trash and Spam folders. On the first item, I cannot find where in WLM to assign specific folder functions. On the second item, when I try and delete either Trash or Spam folders I get the error message,"the MAPI server does not allow" either folder to be deleted. Looking for suggests on how to resolve this. Also, when I was using Outlook 2007 I did not have either 'Trash' or 'Spam' Folders. They were only added after I opened WLM.

I have windows live mail on the laptop and have developed a problem with deleting spam.  When I delete the spam it goes to trash and when I delete the trash everything goes back into spam.  Everything was working fine until recently.  Were some changes made that we are not aware of for deleting spam and trash?  Thanks for your help.

I am trying to determine why all my incoming e-mail messages have a [SPAM] designation on them as they are not spam.  I've looked through all the help and was unable to find any reference to this issue with Windows Live Mail.

Thanks,

Incoming Windows Live Mail messages are marked [Spam] even when sender from Safe Sender list or my Contacts folder.  I repeatedly mark the sender as Safe Sender or Safe Domain from the Junk dropdown menu, yet these Senders continually are marked [Spam].  I do not use Live Essentials, only Windows Live Mail.  How do I stop incoming mail being marked [Spam]?
how can this be stopped?
my settings are set to EXCLUSIVE but even like that getting them in the junk folder are a serious problem because even I send myself SPAM and can not do anything about it can not report it can not block the send and since the filter has been available I think that someday I might run out of blocked sender limit if there are any, and at this rate of 30 to 50 SPAM messages a day it will be very likely for something like to happen please offer some kind of solution since the obvious is not working at all...

thank you very much

Hello,

All the mails from my domain are marked as spam for our hotmail users (this doesn't happen with other mail accounts), could anybody tell me how I can solve this ?

My domain is not being used to send spam. The mails sent from my domain provide specific information to our users and are sent using a mailing list where users can unsubscribe. Also we are only sending couple of mails per month to inform about different issues.

Please provide the necessary information so our mails are not automatically marked as spam.

Thanks.
Someone has hacked into my hotmail account.  They've been sending spam to my contacts and have done it in such a way that the spam does not show up in my sent items, so I have no clue who all received it (I only know because my friends have been contacting me, letting me know they received a suspicious link from me).

I've changed my password and they STILL got into my account to send out the link.

How do I correct this?  I've since gone back, changed my address again, updated my security password, and added my cell phone to the account.  I'm paranoid that they are still in my account, sending out spam.
I subscribe to several emails from @dearreader.com. Periodically, they stop coming. Sometimes I can resubscribe, sometimes not. The technical folks at dearreader.com tell me that Outlook/Hotmail are blocking delivery of their emails as perceived spam, an on-going problem for all their Outlook subscribers. They're not spam, they are subscriptions, I asked for them. They suggested I use gmail or another provider to get better delivery.

have shut down my hotmail account twice and it continues to spam my entire address book. I have reactivated and deleted all of my contacts but it does not seem to be working. How can I get the address permanently shut down? This continues to to an annoyance to my friends and family and an embarrassment to me.

Thanks!
