Hi,

Is it possible to import/export a file for the signatures ? Like we do for Windows, just a file to copy/paste on the right folder under ../user/roaming/microsoft/signatures.

Thanks for your help.
Hi there,

I've noticed a strange behavior on the signatures. When I want to insert the signatures automatically (default account signature) Outlook somehow inserts a new line or better said a type of wrapper <div> at the beginning with a height of a new line. It even occurs on the learning video with a plain text example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_1jEy4vGyU (compare 2:16 vs. 2:55)

Inserting the signature manually doesn't insert any new line.

My main problem is, that this thing doesen't use the same styling I've defined and from the subject field you're only a tab key away writing a messed up message.  Any idea how to fix this issue?

Cheers,

Dom
I am using Office 2011 on a Mac.  I have my signatures setup and working fine in Outlook when creating emails directly in Outlook.  These signatures include a couple of simple graphics, such as the Linkedin profile.

When I am in another application - Powerpoint for example - and I select Share Emails as an Attachment the same signature in the email does not display the graphics.  Instead, I get a ? in place of the graphics.

What is going on here?  Is it a bug?  Thanks.
how do  I edit and add links to signatures in Windows Mail Live?
I have 25-30 email signatures. They currently appear in the order in which they were created. How do I reorder this list? I've tried renaming the signatures or putting a number (1,2,3, etc) in front of them - doesn't seem to make a difference. They only appear in one order: the order in which they were created.

A little help?

how can I put a design (with picture) signature in the box of signatures

I've noticed a couple of odd things with adding a signature in Outlook.
When I open Signatures and click on the button "Default Signatures" I see a list of everyone who has shared a calendar with me.
Also, when I click on the "+" to add a new signature, by default one of these individuals names pops into the text box.
I am trying to create an e-signature in Windows live mail. The Q&A says "If you want to automatically include your signature in all of your messages, select the Add signatures to all outgoing messages check box.", but I cannot find a options or tool icon to do this. Can anyone help?
I am using Outlook for Mac and I have a problem with signatures.  Sometimes when I am replying to, or forwarding an email, my signature will change font size and font type.  Any ideas?
I've created several different signatures that I can access from the pull-down Signatures menu, but I'd like to change the order in which they appear so I can put my most-used signature at the top of the list.  I DON'T want to assign it as the Default -- just want it at the top of the list.  Can this be done?  Thanks!
