Hi

Looked everywhere I think past few hours. I have a Digital ID for 1 account on Windows Live Mail. However there are about 5 email accounts. I know there is

the option to digitally sign ALL outgoing messages, but of course the accounts that do not have the ID prompt you and you have to manually deslect this. Conversely if you deselect digitally sign ALL outgoing messages, you then have to manually select the 1 one account with the digital ID each and every time you send a message.

Surely there is a way to assign digitally sign ONE ACOUNT all outgoing messages? Even if it is registery hack it will help.

Thanks.

I keep getting outgoing messages held up in my outbox.  I am getting the following message:

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'Re: application'
Server: 'smtp.verizon.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 465
Secure(SSL): Yes
Socket Error: 10060

Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

All of a sudden, Live Mail can't send my outgoing messages, because it says my outgoing server address is incorrect.  I have checked my account settings and the address is correct there, but Live Mail shows it with an extra letter in the error report.   How can I fix this?

I can receive e-mail but  not send it.  Gives no specific error message number.  All outgoing messages go to Outbox.  I have checked with my DSL ISP and e-mail works on their site but not in Windows Live Mail.  Have tried disabling firewall & anti-virus with still no success.  Am using outgoing port 25 - tried changing it as suggested in one response, but still won't send e-mail.
I keep getting messages saying that my outgoing messages are being blocked due to 'suspicious activity' and it only allows me to view my incoming mail. I do not have a password issue.

When I try to 'verify' my account it seeks a mobile number, but I do not have a mobile phone.

It is really ridiculous that microsoft blocked outgoing mail because I cannot do anything except receive mail.

I want microsoft to stop blocking my outgoing email

When I type emails in Outlook.com, the font and point size changes midway through. My selected preference for outgoing messages is Verdana 10 point. Every time I write an email that is longer than one sentence, the font changes to Calibri 12 point at some random place. So, before I press Send, I need to highlight the entire email, select Verdana from the toolbar and then select 10 point from the toolbar. This is bothersome, particularly when I forget to make the change on outgoing business-related emails.

I would appreciate your help.

Running Windows 8 (gag) and IE10. My mail tile leads to a window that looks nothing like the win8 tutorial for outlook mail. No blue header, very few buttons just sad looking. However,  Windows mail was working but suddenly all outgoing messages are stuck in the outbox. Can't send them and can't delete them. Need to at least delete those that have been overcome by events while stuck in the out box. Any suggestions out there.
I have two outgoing messages "stuck" in the outbox system, though not showing in the outbox. How can I delete them? (I have an AppleMac and Outlook 2011.) The messages had scanned attachments and were rejected due to their size. Outlook tries to send them every time I do send/receive, causing delay and major frustration. Can you help please?

How can I move messages from my inbox to my computer, completely out of outlook.

My office only offers 100mb of email storage and I'm almost there...my graphic files are HUGE.

I have tried to MOVE to "my computer inbox" but that doesn't seem to take it out of the limited storage area.

I MUST keep the copies of the incoming and outgoing messages and be able to easily access them, but I need to have them somewhere where they won't effect the limited storage capabilities.

I am one of very few in our company that uses a Mac and my email is connected to the company server (PC).

Thanks for the help.
I am trying to create an e-signature in Windows live mail. The Q&A says "If you want to automatically include your signature in all of your messages, select the Add signatures to all outgoing messages check box.", but I cannot find a options or tool icon to do this. Can anyone help?
