Hi

I have been using (successfully) icloud add-in with Outlook until last night. I then updated to Windows 8.1 and it is now giving me an error message when trying to open the icloud calender on the laptop - The set of folders cannot be opened. Th information store could not be opened. #

I have looked on the web based icloud calender and the entries are still there but i cannot view them in outlook.... can any one please assist on how to get these back?

Many thanks in advance

Grant

When I add a contact in Outlook, it does get replicated to Apple's "Contacts" but not to the iPhone.  In Contacts, it shows up when I click "All on my Mac" but not in iCloud.

In summary...

 - when I add a contact on the iPhone, it shows up in Contacts but not in Outlook.
 - when I add a contact in Outlook, it shows up in Contacts but not the iPhone.
 - when I add a contact in Contacts, it shows up in Outlook but not the iPhone

Is there a way to keep them all the same (and in sync)?

I have all boxes checked in synched services.  My iTunes says contacts should sync over the air via iCloud.

Most all Q and A's regarding syncing the Calendar in Outlook 2011 for Mac and iCloud have been asked and answered in late 2011.  Is there an updated answer to When will the Calendar in Outlook 2011 for Mac be able to sync via iCloud?
My calendar on Outlook 2011 for Mac will not sync with my iPhone and iPad. What do I need to do?
