My reminder notifications don't show up.  I have reminders turned on...where are they?  I can't find the reminders I created and they don't appear when due.  How do I get them to display?  How do I find where they are?  When I used Entourage a pop up box would appear at the time I set for the reminder.

P.S.  I finally did have one reminder did show up, but it only stayed on the screen for a moment and then the pop-up disappeared.  I obviously need reminders to stay "on" until task is complete.

My Birthday calendar settings recently changed from 1 week's notice to a default (?) of 15 mins. (not by me).  I've had to go through laboriously changing them back - there's a risk of some very disappointed children out there! This is the second time it has happened in the last year.

Firstly, what causes the change? Could it be the clean-up program CCleaner that I run now and again?

Secondly, is there a way I can restore all the Birthday settings to 1 week without doing each one separately?

I have Outlook 2011 on my Mac.  There are a series of Reminders that always pop up, no matter how many times I Dismiss them.  I just switched computers,  from my old Mac to a new Mac,  and I have imported the .olm file.  The reminders are once again popping up.  I Dismiss them; they just come back.  Please help!
I use rules (under Outgoing) to copy sent items which contain [w] in my signature a designated folder on my computer. This is very helpful if I wait for a response, so I have a reminder that I am waiting for an answer. I review the folder weekly and if I received the answer, I delete the message. See http://waiting-for.com for the full explanation.

However, for a while now, the files are neatly copied in the respective folder I created on my computer, but they can not be deleted anymore. The only way I can get rid of them is delete the whole folder. This is only true for emails that end up in the folder by the rule. If I copy a message to the folder manually, I can delete it without a problem.

Anyone with a solution? This is a very useful rule which suddenly stopped working as expected.
I have my calendar synced with Live Mail which I access via Windows 7 (from my deskstop). This option works for me without my having to log on to the internet each time I need to look at the calendar.

Today I noticed that the calendar's "reminder" option doesn't work. It worked a two days ago -
Have the calendars changed? ... the calendar online appears to be different than the one I have set up via my deskstop.
How can I migrate the online to my deskstop so that I don't have to

thanks

Just installed Windows Live Mail on my Windows 7 pc. Everything is working and I put some recurring weekly items on the calendar. However the "Reminder" feature is greyed out when I would click to use it, so I guess I wont get a reminder.

What has to happen for this feature to be usable by me??

Thanks for any suggestions

Mary

I have several old and outdated e-mail addresses that pop up like an autofill when I am addressing an e-mail.  These are not in my contact list but they must be in a memory of some sort.  I would like to remove some of these but cannot find information on how to do this.  For example:

New (Message startup)

To: <removed by the moderator> - this is the one I want, but I will get others as well

I sometimes e-mail myself a reminder about something from home to my workplace and it is annoying to have other former e-mail addresses automatically pop up in there.  I have accidentally e-mailed myself to the e-mail at former jobs.  EEEK!
