A few days ago my Mac stopped downloading emails.  I still receive emails to my BB so that I know the email server is still working.  I have posted 2 screen prints here http://www.flickr.com/photos/77152950@N02/  I have no idea why there is an INBOX folder under the Crave Popcorn folder.  The other screen print shows one of the errors I receive.
Purchased Office MAc the other day. We can send emails but outgoing emails are stuck in the outbox and won't send. Any suggestions?
I get a lot of spam, and every spammer's email is being added to a "contacts" list.  So every time I go to send a new email, if I begin typing a deliberately stored name I have to sift through the phony contacts to get the right one.

Is there a way to stop unwanted incoming spam from becoming added to a contact list?

Thanks!
Folders are not Hidden. I use them a lot and need help knowing what happened and how to get them back.

I don't know what smart folders are and — anyway, how to get rid of this nuisance?

In high priority, you click on it it loads up hundreds of emails. Are these copies from elsewhere? What the point?

Outlook is hung up at the product splash screen with the message "Searching for identity...". How do I resolve issue. All other Office applications function properly?
Original Title: "Dear All,"

Our company owner has Mac laptop with office 2011, his assistant would like to create calender for him using office 2007, issue is when we create appointment with color categories let's say blue he see it as green and that's not what we need, question is can we replicate same color category between office 2010 or 2007 for windows to office 2011 for mac.

your help is much appreciated.

I just bought an new iMac and Office: mac2011 and I'm in the trial mode for the software.  No problems so far with Outlook connections to mail server, but Outlook won't let me create a new folder to store emails.  When I go to Help or New, other options are available but Folder remains in shaded grey, ie. not an option to open a new folder.

I've tried putting Outlook into Offline mode, but this doesn't help.
