downloaded office MAC › Question about Outlook Express

just downloaded office MAC. We can receive email but when we attempt to send them they are locked in the outbox????

Purchased Office MAc the other day. We can send emails but outgoing emails are stuck in the outbox and won't send. Any suggestions?
