My name is James Reed. My hotmail account was hacked last Thursday or Friday. I tried to reset my account and when I was prompt I filled out the questions asked. I did not realize at the time but continue to provide info as to where I live today and not where I lived at the time I opened my account. I will provide all that in this message. Name: James A.
