Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I need to see if I was sent an email on the 23 of November from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I was due to catch a flight today which has been cancelled. Airport travel is saying that they informed me of this change on the 23 of November – I have no recollection of ever receiving this email. They say that it may have gone into my junk folder; I delete this folder regularly, but I don’t recall seeing an email from them either.

I’ve tried to recover the email, but it says ‘ Sorry, we've tried our best, but unfortunately there are no mails to recover.’

Is there any chance of seeing if I ever received an email?

Thank for any help you may be able to offer,

Kim.

ANY CHANCE OF GETTING BACK  THE CONTENTS OF A PERSONAL FOLDER , WHICH I ACCIDENTLY DELETED
I have a number of important emails that have been put into the junk folder and have been deleted before I have had a chance to read them.  Using 'recover deleted items' does not bring anything up, is there anything else that can be done?
Why does Mac Mail makes Hotmail and Gmail POP accounts by default while Windows Live Mail doesn't? My email rules work for all my accounts with Mac Mail, while Live Mail has only one of my four accounts set as POP and therefore email rules are not working as they should. I use Parallels on my MacBook Pro and having to choose between the two mail clients, Live Mail has no chance this way...
I need to retrieve an year old email which I deleted accidentally. Is there any chance of  being able to retrieve it? Email dates back to May 2011.
i pushed the button "empty" in the junk folder. but one of the emails was important to me. any chance to get those emails back?

When is Hotmail going to fix the settings to my email account?

I noticed the problem last Thursday, when they changed the settings on me. It took me awhile to open an email. It went back to "normal" later on.

Now, I opened an email. I hit the "Reply" button. It won't let me send a Reply, nor does it tell me where to type in a Reply. Also, it was taking forever to load.

Is there a chance that you could return my email settings back to the way it was (as of last Wednesday, September 5). It was working fine early in the week, till you guys decided to come in and make a mess of things. Whatever happened to the simple idea of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" ????????????????????

BTW, please do not tell me that it's my computer. Many people I know of are having problems with their Hotmail accounts (thanks in part to someone at Hotmail who made a royal mess of things)

After first login into Outlook.com you receive an offer for a new "email address""

Get a Outlook email address for your new inbox

You can get a new email address from Outlook. You don't have to worry about your contacts and previous emails, you'll keep them. And, you'll continue receiving messages sent to your Hotmail address.

Get new ID

No downside to that offer!   Be a nice chance to snag something easy to remember in the new domain.  BUT once you sign up for the new "email address" you get a message telling you that you just botched your live account and you have to use the new one to login now. On your phone. On your xbox. On all your other email clients. In Messenger. NoOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Here are a few other things to keep in mind:

· Email sent to your old address will still go to your account.

· Remember to always sign in with your new address; you won't be able to sign in with your old one. Why didnt you warn me first?

· If you'd like to stop receiving mail sent to your old address, just delete that address in account services.

I dont like my new email address that much. Not enough to make it my new login.
Change it back! Change it back!

An important e-mail I sent to a client went into my Drafts Folder instead of being sent.  I didn't find this until I came across it by chance a few days later.  I then clicked on "continue", amended the e-mail and resent it - and assumed that it had gone.  The following day I checked the Drafts Folder and it was still there!  I then telephoned the client as is it was safer!

The same thing has happened to a friend of mine, who responded to an e-mail which I had sent him, but I didn't receive it.  When he checked, it was also in his Drafts Folder.  What is going on?  Please can you help?
