i cannot receive mails on my mobile phone. it says invalid password and the password is correct, says to contact directly to homail. what should i do??
I got an email that said it was from windows live saying that my account has a virus and asking for my email address,user name, and password.It said if I didn't reply with this information that my account would be deleted. Is this for real? It looked suspicious
to me,especially since part of the messaage was blocked because windows live said it looked suspicious! Can you tell me if this legitimate or not? I use 3 different antivirus programs daily and none of them have found any viruses. Is this a scam or for real?

I was trying to set up a password reset account for my website using your SMTP server and kept getting an authentication error. After exhausting everything I could think of I changed my password to something much simpler and shorter and it started working. Here is the 25 character password I was trying to use:

I'm not sure if there is a special character it didn't like or if it was the length but I could log into the account at hotmail.com just fine with it.
Can you tell me what the password restrictions are for SMTP authentication?
My msn email was hacked at the end of may. I was notified by friends asking if I was really in Cypress!!! No!
I promptly changed my msn password and my iCloud password. I own and acess email on my iPhone as well as linked through outlook on my PC. As of may 31 2012 I have not been able to receive email. I looked at my account information and there was an email
address linked that was not mine! I deleted it immediately. I added my apple iCloud email and saved.
I tried to access my email through hotmail as outlook had stopped workig. To my surprise my msn mail and everythjng associated with the exception of account information is in Arabic !!! I have had this email address and account since 2003 and do not want
to have to change it.
