I was trying to find a way to see my messenger messages more fully at work and accidentally clicked the "report user abuse" or whatever it is and the user is NOT using Messenger in an abusive way. I'm mortified here. How do I correct this error?

can someone help me with this. an ex of mine somehow hacked my hotmail. took all my contacts and then from her email address sent out a very nasty email about me. i would like to report this abuse to hotmail but i dont know how. thank you

I got an annoying problem:
I get a lot of "spam" from facebook, just as if I were registered with my Hotmail account. The fact is, I did not registered at facebook with this (or any other e-mail addresses) ever. But it seems, that somebody (or something, example a bot) just did that
with my account.
I remember, that some week ago some crackers cracked a lot of Hotmail accounts, and maybe my account got fallen for it too... Even if I changed my password as soon as I could.
How can I report this abuse?
Where, and how should I start?
I tried reporting it at facebook, but just got lost.
And finally, how can I get my revenge on the abuser? (sending him/her into jail, because violating my privacy)
