I opened my Email yesterday to find that you had changed my Email format to Outlook. I don't want it and never was asked if it did want it. Change my Email format back to Hotmail. I don't like the looks of outlook and it is entirely overcomplicated.
I never requested it to be changed and am very unhappy with the fact that you did it without my permission.
on my live messenger all my friends seems off line while in fact some of them on line need some help to solve this issue pls
I totally missed out on the fact that my anti-viral program had expired and 'acquired' some malware in the time it took me to install MS Security Essentials. However, since this time, I've had a couple of events which led me to suspect that damage
had already been done - not least of which is the fact that I now can't log in to my Windows Live Mail or Messenger. I simply get a message saying I can't be signed in because the service is 'temporarily unavailable' and an error code of 80070005.
Trying to check this out as a bit of a dummy, I just find myself going round in circles and am worried that I may delete something meaningful in my efforts to repair it. Can anyone help please?

When I forward an email, despite the fact that I delete the original sender's name and address, it still appears at the bottom of my forwarded email. This has only occurred recently. The forwarded email says "2 messages". Help please.

In Outlook my Junk e-mail folder indicates it contains one junk email when in fact there are none.
How do I correct this error?

like a lot of other people, I also acquired an Outlook.com address some days ago and now I'm experiencing problems with Messenger. Most of the time all my contacts appear as being offline, but occasionally one or two will appear as being online. I know that many of the people listed as offline are in fact online, but I still can't see then. Why? I know it can take up to 24 hours for it to work, but it's been like three or four days already.

i can't use the attached file when sending the mail on my hotmail account. the computer is Mac. But I can attach the file in other computers.
