I've got a problem/question about billing which I don't want to discuss in a forum - can I call somebody at hotmail (I'm in the UK)

When I email somebody, sometimes after the email has been successfully sent, and replied, I found the content in my original email has been altered.

Sometimes after I sent an email successfully,  and I got a reply for it.  but after a while, I found the content of my original email has been altered.  Could you explain how can this happen and how to protect the content of my emails?

MSN PROBLEM: i don't see friendship requests i receive, and when i add somebody then i see that person offline all the time, although I KNOW he/she's online (told me that on fb etc.) and they also see me offline all the time...=we can't talk.. why? what's happening?

when I’m trying to sign in on my messenger, show me error code 0x80096001,somebody can help me, and know how to fix it._Ramon

I cannot remove 20 messages from my inbox. Outlook refuses to delete all of them. can somebody help me?
They all are a CC sentmail from me
