locked out of account “someone may be accessing your account”

05. January 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: active duty military, email account, Skype
I have had my email account for over 10 years. Never a problem, I active duty military and move every few years. I gave my son a NABI for Christmas.  Signed him up on Skype using my email address and signed myself on an ipad Skype account using the same email address and information.   I tried to get on my email account and had the message someone else may be on your account.   I filled out several request over the next couple of days and even made 2 phone calls all with the same answer; you need more information to verify it is me.   The information on the account is not mine for contact.  I finally called Skype to cancel those 2 accounts which was done; but still locked out.   It took forever to get this account to open just so I could write this email requesting you please assist me----this account is used since I have to rapidly deploy in emergencies.  Can anyone assist me?

My question is for msn team support who ignore users’ requests

29. December 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: answer, blank messages, choice, email account, Msn, provider, support
I would like to know why is it that the msn team ignores the users. I am desperate for an answer to my Drafts box in my email account and it is full of blank messages to and from myself. Please respond and do not ignore the users. My patience is running out and I see myself with no choice but search for another email provider. Thank you

Is there ANYONE CAPABLE OF DELETING MY EMAIL ACCOUNT?

12. December 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Account, CAPABLE, either, email account, hotmail, line, Microsoft points, phone, subscriptions

It is imperative that I get my hotmail account deleted immediately.  Every time I try to cancel this account on line it keeps telling me I have paid subscriptions or microsoft points that need to be canceled first.  I DO NOT HAVE EITHER OF THESE! Is there anyone at this company that can help me with this since you have NO phone support this is really becoming beyond frustrating.

Here are some ways to help you manage your account after you reconfirm your account.
    1. Create an archive - Set up a folder on your PC’s hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then just delete them from your inbox. You’ll still have them and your in-box will be that much smaller.
    2. Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hot mail account to immediately delete junk e-mail? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
    3. Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.
    Sincerely,

Editing Header for Emails Sent using another Email Account

    31. October 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Account, account email, behalf, email account, Emails, recipient, Sent

When I send an email using Hotmail in the browser window and send it using another Email Account, the Header of that email states to the recipient:

From:  (my Live account email address) On Behalf of (my other Email Address).

I don't want my Live account email address to be known to everyone, so when I send using my other Email Address, I simply want the recipient to see a Header that states:

    From:  (my other Email Address).

Is there a way to make the name of my Live account email address NOT appear in the Headers of emails sent via my other email account?
