It is imperative that I get my hotmail account deleted immediately. Every time I try to cancel this account on line it keeps telling me I have paid subscriptions or microsoft points that need to be canceled first. I DO NOT HAVE EITHER OF THESE! Is there anyone at this company that can help me with this since you have NO phone support this is really becoming beyond frustrating.
There's just 'Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Hotmail right now' statement on the screen. The account is linked to my iphone and this can't access it either- can someone help please as I need to access my emails-Thanks
