Hi there, I use Outlook 2011 on a 10.6.8 mac. I connect to my exchange mailbox just fine. When I add a secondary exchange mailbox (of which I'm the owner) I see allt he hanmade folders, but not the sent items, not the trash folder. Also when I send on behalve of that mailbox i cannot find the sent item anywhere, Not in my sent items.

When i log in that shared mailbox through OWA the sent item folder is visible, but contains no items.

The sent mail is being sent though.

Can anyone help me with this?

Send on behalve a shared mailbox works, but the sent item is nowhere to be found.

Trying to install SP 1 for Office for MAc 2011 and get the message "Office 2011 14.1.0 update can't be installed on this disk. A version of the software required to install this update was not found on this volume. Any ideas?
The Office calendar dose not sow up as an option as a calender to select when syncing the phone. it worked fine for over a year.
How to close all open email on outlook by clicking one button. Same feature is available on PC version

I recently moved to a MBP with Outlook 2011 and need assistance.  I used Outlook on Windows for years and had the ability to open an email message then simply create a new calendar entry from the message (copying the email into the calendar entry.)  I could also rearrange the navigation pane moving the Calendar to the top then simply drag and drop an email onto the calendar to create a new entry.  Am I overlooking how this works on the Mac version of Outlook 2011 or does the feature not exist?
I am working with Outlook for Office 2011. Three days ago I sent a large file, and received a message from Outlook that it had been sent. It never arrived at the recipient's mailbox, and ever since Outlook has been resending it-I assume that it is this particular email, but I have found no way of confirming this. I have closed Outlook and repoened with 'shift' pressed, but it makes no difference.
I have no outbox, so cannot see what it happening--what is being sent, what is in line. I deleted the original file from the 'sent items' box, but that made no difference. I can see the file being sent when I open Progess in the Window menu, and stop it sending, but there it is again next time I want to send an e-mail.

Any suggestions?
When I receive replies from contacts with localized mail clients, I get, for instance, "SV:" and "VS:" instead of "RE:" and "FW:" as the subject prefix, and Outlook does not group these messages into the conversation. I would like Outlook to treat these messages as a part of the conversation.

Every day I get a warning message that yet another 1% of my hard drive is gone. Since I am not saving any big files like pictures or music on it, primarily only Office files, I couldn't figure out where the space was getting eaten up from.  I used WhatSize to investigate, and the hog turns out to be Outlook. 33.5 GB is for message sources.  What is "message sources"?  How can I keep this from multiplying so fast?  I only have 5% left on my hard drive.  The 2nd biggest thing on my hard drive is Application Support at 15.2 GB, so it seems that Outlook is clearly the hog.  How can I control this ravenous beast?

P.S. There's also 2.31 GB for Outlook 2004 identities.  When I got this computer, I transferred the user to here, and my old computer had Outlook 2004.  Can I get rid of that?
I am trying to create a rule using message size of 3,000K or 3MB and it cuts down 3,000 to 3K ever time I save the rule. It does appear to take 333 or 999 but thats as large as it allows. This seems ridiculous and is driving me nuts. What am I doing wrong?
