I have Microsoft live mail.  I get my e-mails, but they take forever to open, and when they do, the heading is there, i.e., sender/receiver/subject line, but the body of the e-mail isn't there.  What to do to fix it?  Microsoft didn't have an answer for me.

[Moved from Windows]

Original Title: Microsoft live mail - inability to read body of e-mail

Previously Hotmail had a printer icon which permitted the user to print only the "body" of the email without including the junk on both sides of the "body".  Clicking on that printer icon would allow the user to print a clear single or multi page (if necessary) copy of the email.

With hotmail/outlook, the icon is gone.  Instead the user must use "file" and "print" which essentially provides the same result as a "print screen".

It includes all the unwanted junk on both sides of the email "body" and prints only the first page even though there may be multiple pages.

Is there a way to print just the "body" of the email to full page width?

When others in my company and those out side my company paste an image into a email body. And I open the email on my Macbook, with Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011, version 14.2.5. The images in the body of the email will not appear in the body. Instead I get a box with a question mark in it. Or I will see there is a unnamed bitmap as an attachment. For instance if the image was a screen shot someone was sending, it will so there is a attached bitmap, but will not render the image in the body of the email it was embedded in.

What can I do to make these images show up and render in the body of the email as intended?
I access older emails frequently. Outlook only downloads the headers.  This means I can't access emails or the attachements offline.  And it means that in my freqently opening of older emails i must wait while they are download.  Is it possible to set Outlook to download the body of all my old emails?
Hello,

I have had previous versions of Microsoft Outlook for Dell computers. The past few versions have all had a feature that has become essential for me. When using the general search function, if I typed in a few words it scanned text in the body of the emails, but also in attachments such as Excel, Word and PDF.

I have not been able to figure out how to do this on my 2011 for Mac. When I type in some words to search it only scans the body of the email and not any attachments. This is very difficult to use as is for my business.

Is there some sort of setting I need to change to make the search function more robust? I tried adding Excel, Word and Adobe in Spotlight Privacy and then removing them to re-index, but that did not work.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
?????????????????????
I know how to attach photos to hotmail, but want to include the photo in the body of the email so recipients won't have to open the attachment.
