If I try to attach inbox mail, encoding becomes broken, besides I can see html tags of the original message, like this:

Hello!

I can't find any option for this.

The option for grouping similar folders is checked.

Is there a way for me to group them?

Best regards,

Aleksander.

For some reason today I can't move emails from my inbox in Outlook to my subfolders. Usually works fine. I am dragging and holding the email and nothing happens. Even rightclicking and move isnt working. I am using Outlook for mac 2011.
I want Outlook on my mac. i have home and student installet, how to upgrade ???
Apparently there is a too-big message stuck in my outbox. I would delete it if I could find it,but the Outbox isn't visible when I open Office for Mac. Thank you in advance!!
I cant find my outbox in Outlook 2011. I have messages stuck in there and see the solutions on the forum but I need to find the outbox to implement them.
When I open Outlook, one particular message keeps popping-up.

I have tried deleting but keeps returning. I tried emptying my "deleted items" folder but when I try I'm told I need to rebuild the database.

The data base rebuild utility keeps failing with error -18000.

Tried creating a new identity and copy the database header and copy to main identity (suggested on one of the forums) - no change.

Tried to export - thinking I could import in new identity - export fails.

Everything seems to work normal, as long as I don't try to open the "deleted items" folder.

I'm using a POP account.

Any suggestions?
I got iCloud working in Outlook 2011 however a new folder "On my Computer" is showing under my inbox tree on the left side of the screen and I do not like it. How can I get rid of it? I found that the advice on this page helped the most.

http://email.about.com/od/iCloud-Mail-Tips/qt/How-To-Set-Up-Icloud-Mail-Imap-Access-In-Your-Email-Program.htm

I followed some advice on macrumors and it did not work so I found better advice elsewhere.

Also for some reason when I delete a email in Outlook it does not instantly delete the email in Mail like what mail does to Outlook. Mail seems to delete the emails right away and they vanish from Outlook in seconds. Perhaps no way around this? I use Outlook 90% of the time but on occasion I use Mail, however I find Outlook has more features and its Intel Native (unlike Entourage 2004) so its pretty fast under ML.
I have tried to find a solution to create a local/personal folder for my mails. I'm using IMAP account with outlook and my server space is running out.

For some reason I have not found a solution for this. When I have created a new folder the system does not ask or show where the folder is located and I can not get the properties open for the folder.
I'm trying to transfer my PC Outlook files to my iMac.

I've saved the pst files on a thumb drive.

The mac does not see the pst files on the thumb drive.  Not even in the finder.  The files are there - I see them when it's plugged into the PC, but not the Mac.  I see other files on the drive through the Mac - it's just not seeing the ones I need.

Any ideas?

My PC outlook is 2003
The PC is Windows XP
Mac is new.
