Outlook won’t stay open – Commiting transaction failed

I belive this is due to a corrupt or bad 'com.microsoft.Outlook.plist' file... if I remove it things seem ok but I loose all of the 'on my computer' folders... Whats the best thing to do here?

I wanted to watch a Msft film. Suddenly (v. dramatic) it was not allowed.

The transaction to watch the video would/will go through all the usual steps.  On "entering" the confirmation there is a hesitation.  It then returns with the area  of the Xbox live region  is not the same as the Msft Acc't region and the transaction is declined.

I have difficulty dealing with this because I do not have an Xbox Live Account.  I do not have an Xbox. There is a gamer tag which was acquired accidentally. 

From time to time I like to watch a film or two so I would like to sort this out.  Any ideas?

Apparently there is a too-big message stuck in my outbox. I would delete it if I could find it,but the Outbox isn't visible when I open Office for Mac. Thank you in advance!!

I cannot send email messages but get a server error 554 saying transaction failed message not sent because of possible abuse?

This is the message I'm getting, can someone help me. Email was working fine 5 hours ago. But not now!!!

Outlook e-mail too large

Hi I am getting an error message in Outlook.  5.3.4 a message size of 102403 kilobytes exceeds the size limit of 102400 kilobytes computed for this transaction.  I am happy to delete the mail but I can't figure out where to delete it from.

I can not sign to my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and i paid for this account by AMEX account #XXXXXXXXXXXXXX up to may 26,2012
now my account suspended can not access to it see bellow charges and help me to fix my account 
i have this account since 2003 and do not remember security ? answer i check with my bank and AMX to provide the 4 digits credit cards that i used for this account
still these codes are not matching with your file , please advise what i have to do to see my email since Jun6 2012 up to know
