How do I get the Greymail app for Windows 7?

Email received from Hotmail about organising and filtering greymail, but it does not tell you how to download the application or software, how do I do it?

I also want to be able to sort out my non hotmail email accounts without combining them with hotmail.

Some recipients see weird characters instead of apostrophes and quotes

When I include some characters such as apostrophes and quotes in my emails, some of my recipients get weird characters instead of the apostrophes and quotes that I have typed in and see in the message I have sent.  How do I correct this?  I have tried various mail encoding options and none resolves this problem.  Please help or tell me how to change back from Live Mail to Windows Mail.  By the way, I am using Windows 7.

 

 

Is my student email account considered a Windows Live account?????

I am able to access skydrive.  I am able to use Skydrive to save documents using cloud computing.  However, when trying to open them in Word or Excel I am unable to.  I can only edit in browser because to open in Word you have to put a email address and password.  It says that my email and password are incorrect and that I must have a hotmail or live account.  What I am doing wrong?

 

Windows Live Mail has gone all Blurry

Why all of sudden has my Windows Live Mail window goes blurry?, unable to read it unless i hover the curser over the item then the item comes good but when i move the curser it returns to Blurry, the E-Mails themselvs are Ok when i open them.  Regards Peter

Using Windows Live Mail Windows 7 64bit, FIREFOX, latest version receiving an error message when I click a link in Windows Live Mail.  A pop-up says "there was a problem sending the command to the program" Believe I removed ALL antivirus programs before installing Windows Security Essentials this morning. DH installed on his this am, too, using Vista and Windows Mail, removed same Avast I was using and no problems with links.  I can copy/paste the link and put it directly into Firefox and it works.   Do NOT want to use IE for my browser.

how do I remove the advertising panel on the right hand side of my email? It takes up too much space and I have to hit full message on every email.I

How do I re-install the Receiving Mail"" notification on Windows Live Mail

I have recently had a problem with a faulty fridge and it put all my electrical equipment out of order.  One of the problems still for me to rectify is this very useful notification of "Receiving Mail " notification at lower right corner of my screen.   It is not "earth shattering" but I find very useful to let me know when the mail has completed downloading all my emails.   I miss it !!! please help.
