When will Hotmail E-Mail work again? Can`t open E-Mails and the page looks weird since a week. Switching the http doesnt work for me!

Whenever I answer a mail sent from a Outlook 2011 Mac version on a Outlook 2010 / Outlook 2007 for Windows I get an error message 

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients."

The format is HTML.

When I checked My E-mails I notice that I Send some wierds e-mails to all my contacts that I never did,,WHY???

I have windows 7 I would like to know how to have my e-mails that has been forwarded go into the junk folder

Please show me how to have all the 'FWD' & "FW" E-Mails that come in my inbox go directly to the Junk folder.

Windows Live Mail has gone all Blurry

Why all of sudden has my Windows Live Mail window goes blurry?, unable to read it unless i hover the curser over the item then the item comes good but when i move the curser it returns to Blurry, the E-Mails themselvs are Ok when i open them.  Regards Peter
