I have deleted the contents of folders but cannot see how to actually delete the "folder". these are found on the left hand side when I open up my screen. help Elaine g
Evidently I was automatically switched to Outlook without my permission. In so doing I have all the options down the left hand side I formerly had - except Contacts. That is missing. Without it I do not have my bank of contact addresses to send email to.
Where is the bank of Contacts supposed to appear?
my hotmail is is not opening it opens in a strange format all on the left hand side i click on inbox ect and nothing nothing opens
Can sign in to hotmail account but after this, the screen is white with just a list down the left hand side of the page cant read messages or anything. Any Ideas?
Sometimes when I log into hotmail page is squashed on left hand side of screen and all text is in blue. Also login when this happens is very slow. No other sites affected.
I cannot access hotmail. When I enter details on the toip left hand side it changes from "ppsecure" to "loginsrf?wa=ws" from stuff I can see. It then tries for a while and says try again later. I have created a new account and can access it without trouble.
I do not have a delete folder on the left hand side of my email. By mistake I deleted an email and now I cannot retrieve it. Please help.
