Using Windows Live Hotmail Plus with a MSN email account, and I go to contacts from top Hotmail drop drop down to contacts, which reacts real slow, I find no means to go back to the emails from the Contacts Directory. How can I do that with out closing
the contacts and starting emails all over again?
I have received an email from the 'Hotmail Team' asking for my log-on details within the next 7 days or I will lose my account. Is this for real?
I just recieved an email sopposedly from Microsoft asking me to verify my user ID and password or my account will be deleted, is this for real. Looks real but don't feel comfortable sending my personal info.

I basically keep getting the run around. Here's the problem: One: it would be great if I could speak to a person and not get these generic computer generated answers. My problem goes deeper than that because its tell me my account does not EXIST therefore
trying to reset the password is useless on an account it believes does no t exist. On every forum I read it always take me to this useless link below!!!

I Have received 2 emails claiming to be from Hotmail giving different account ID numbers, sent at different times and threatening to close my account for exceeding its sending and receiving limit. Both emails are asking me to verify my account on a link
page. Are these real or spam? Do I need to do this when I have definitely not exceeded usage...? What is going on?
