I have received a message which says that a password is not enough and asking personal information. They are also asking for an alternative e mail address which I do not have.  This message opens up everytime I open hotmail.   I have now been told that my e mail account will be closed as I have exceeded the sending and receiving limit in the last 7 days.  Is this for real?
