I got an email from "Microsoft" wanting information about my account.  The email said that if I did not reply, they would cancel my email account.  Is this legit?

Want to know if the e-mail from brendamike 45 is a legit e-mail from the Hotmail Team (as they say)?

<yes mobile/not mobile unknown>

MC Helper is a site listed on the internet to help solve problems.
Has anyone had experience with this company?
Is it legit or a scam?
They want you to hand over control of your computer in order to be helped.

Please advise me.

I got the below Hotmail  message & changed my password.  Is the message legit &, if so, when was the code requested??  Thank you for your help.

A few weeks ago we had a problem with Hotmail. It's been fine since.  We are getting calls from someone who says he works for Microsoft. He wants to "take over" our computer and fix problems.  He says he knows of problems we don't see yet and it will crash.  Is this legitimate?

I'm getting messages from the Hotmail team wih improper english telling me to send my info or my acct will be shut dow,  It's due to a Trojan virus.  Is this legit?

I don't want to lose my hotmail acct.!

Recently when I open hotmail I have to confirm my personal info. I've done it several times and today got an email with a link demanding I update again. Is it really from hotmail team or a spam to break into my account?
